hi beck,
just a bit of tech advice - your multicultural image is very large (~730kb) and takes a while to download.
you could use an online image resize tool such as Resize2mail to make it smaller and then replace.
let me know if you want a hand - james.

THanks for the tip, I tried to do this but the pic is the wrong kind of file for the program...Im not sure if i can change it to a jpeg???
otherwise should I just remove it??

sorry that tool didn't work - i tried a couple of things - here's one that worked - i uploaded the image to flickr.com, a photo-sharing site which resizes automatically once an image is uploaded. so, here's a small version you could use.
also FYI (I'm going to mention this to others too), if you know your image sources, its a good habit to reference those.
